The architectural proposal responds to the constraints of the site and its connection to the existing building.
The new building is formed by first floor and second floor, as well as a staircase that connects with the current building on the third and fourth floors. The new building is aligned on its north and south facades with the existing building, thus respecting the separation to the existing building.
The porch on the ground floor, which responds to the current need for a covered outdoor space, is the project’s main space.
