Vivantis, specialized in the integral management of quality housing, commissioned us to develop the Project and Construction Management of 20 apartments, in a privileged area of Vitoria-Gasteiz, very close to the city centre.
We carry out an exhaustive work of constructive development in Project definition and in Construction Management to be able to materialize the work, with a high technical, constructive and economic demand in accordance with the objectives of Vivantis: to create avant-garde housing providing quality and comfort to the future users.
The light plays a fundamental role in the volumetric composition of the building, that is why all the facades are open.
Each house is composed of the following program: hall-distributor, living room, kitchen, bedrooms (3-4), the main bedroom with bathroom. The bathrooms and kitchens have been placed grouped in order to centralize all the ventilation and sanitation pipes.
